The Faithfulness of Narrative: "As One Says" and "How Love Is?"
1. An audiobook made with the author's voice
The only significant increase in sales in the worldwide publishing market is the audiobook sales market. The United States is a country with a very developed audiobook industry. Recently, Amazon created ACX.com, a platform for creating audiobooks that work with Kindle Directbooks, and started offering audiobooks to Amazon and iTunes a few years ago. As a result of this, the audiobook market has grown by more than 10 percent annually worldwide. One of the characteristics of recent audiobooks is that the number of audiobooks that authors directly participate as narrators of their books is increasing. Although professional voice actors clearly speak and pronounce better than authors, the true emotions that come out when authors read their books are unique emotions conveyed only by the author's own voice.
2. The Faithfulness of A Narrative
Every narrative has its own power, which is related to the faithfulness of a narrative. Even if it is a novel based on fictional imagination, the novel has a true narrative when a plausible probability and concrete reflection on reality are made.
As individuals, we all live with the narratives of life. Even though we have not been able to describe or shape concretely in the language, emotions condensed in the narratives in our minds exist in us. These are the people who contribute to the world by creating and expressing the narratives that existed only in the very bottom of their minds to the people.
3. The power of the narrative of "As One Says"
In the 2011 Infinite Challenge Song Festival, Yoo Jae-suk and Lee Juck's song <As One Says> is based on Yoo Jae-suk's personal story. Among the videos posted on the YouTube page in the afternoon after Sunday worship service was online, there was a song <As One Says> that they sang again in 2020. Despite the fact that Lee Juck's song is a wonderful song that evokes a deep reverberation and excitement, the power of the song of "As One Says" was in Yoo Jae-suk's sung parts.

In particular, the rap part of the song seemed to feel the sincerity of Yoo Jae-suk supporting the youth in their 20s. The lyrics are not just written as they come to mind, but are written one by one from the stuffy mind based on his frustrated and difficult times in his 20s. So the song had a strong impression from the sincerity of his narrative.
This narrative may not really make a real difference in life for many people. Nevertheless, the trembling that comes from the truthfulness of this narrative is noble and beautiful in itself. Because these tremors create the power to look at our lives anew.
4. The truth of the narrative in Lee Seung-hwan's "How is Love?"
Following "As One Says", the song that was automatically played on YouTube is Lee Seung-hwan's "How Is Love?" This song was created by Lee Seung-hwan after he watched "Human Documentary: Love" aired on MBC. This song is not based on Lee Seung-hwan's own story, but he expresses the story and emotions of the story in the documentary with melody and lyrics. This song not only truly expresses the story of two lovers in the documentary, but also the song that combines Lee Seung-hwan's voice and emotions resonated with their love proves the faithfulness of the narrative more than any other song.
5. On the Love of Jesus Christ based on the truth of the narrative

When I was twenty years old
After I endured through a day
When I anxiously lay down to sleep
I would worry,
What do I do tomorrow?
What do I do tomorrow?
After I endured through a day
When I anxiously lay down to sleep
I would worry,
What do I do tomorrow?
What do I do tomorrow?

I did not know that this was possible(Source: https://lyricstranslate.com)
Back then I did not know
Now those hard times, my twenties
Will never come again, can never go back
People around me told me many things like
Don’t stop, don’t fall down, just look ahead and run, walk your path
But the thing I had to listen to the most was
The small story in my heart
The story that is in my heart right now
As one says

I thought of this one week before Easter Sunday. So I could think of the suffering of Jesus and his narrative. The story of Jesus is not simply a story of the Bible, but still has an influence based on the power of the truth of the story. You may not create a song like "As One Says" based on your own experience, but some of you who are deeply empathetic and resonated with Jesus' narrative can create a story which can get a lot of empathy from others. That's the lesson I was given by the two songs I heard from You Tube.
